There will be sculptural installations that visualize and expand on the concept of transformation through matter and time. Mouth-blown glass sculptures—resembling the form and flow of the digestive system—contain the vermouth, ferments, and preserved edible plants, fruits, and flowers.
Alongside them, ceramic sculptures serve as vessels for decaying floral arrangements. These ephemeral installations highlight the beauty in deterioration and the cyclical nature of life. The juxtaposition of fresh and fading, of preservation and decomposition, invites the viewer to contemplate the aesthetics of impermanence and the continuous transformation of living materials.
A screen installed in the space will showcase a short video documentary of a vermouth-making process, allowing the audience to engage with the project even during moments when no live actions are taking place.

Materials Lab is a biomaterial exhibition presenting innovative materials in a tangible and creative format. The showcase highlights the full life cycle and development process of biomaterials, aiming to inform and inspire stakeholders while encouraging dialogue around circular innovation.

Featured materials include bio-based polymers, biodegradable yarns and textiles, and plant-based leather alternatives. Visitors can explore the transformation from raw components to finished products and experience a diverse selection of materials made from algae, agricultural waste, non-food crops, and microbial or fungal sources.
